Daily Care For Your Hair
Oiling
Oiling is the best way to condition your scalp & hair.
Frequency : Minimum twice a week
Technique : Take a small quantity of oil (room temp.) & apply it on scalp with fingertips or cotton. Then apply oil on ends of the hair. Massage lightly in circular motion for 10-15mins.
Duration : Hair needs oil for min 2-3 hrs. You can keep it overnight also.
Remember
Do not apply oil & go out as it attracts more dust.
Never keep oil for more than 24hrs.
Shampoo
Shampooing helps in removing natural oil secretion, dirt & grime from scalp.
Frequency : Alternate days, but if your scalp is too oily then daily shampoo with shampoo meant for daily wash is recommended.
Technique : Use warm water for shampoo. Wet hair & scalp. Apply shampoo on scalp. Work up lather in circular motion, then rinse. Now apply shampoo on entire hair, work up lather & then rinse once more.
Remember : Never wash hair with plain water.
Never use a shampoo which has conditioner in it.
Conditioning
Conditioning Hair once or twice a week is recommended. Apply conditioner on your hair after shampoo. Leave it for 1-2 mins then rinse with plain water. Never apply conditioner on scalp.
